- Add passenger and pickup details. Enter passenger name, phone number and ID, then choose your pickup and drop-off points from the stops served on your route, and note any luggage or medical needs.

Choosing between standard and VIP seats
Every Mash Poa coach has VIP seating in the first two rows and standard reclining seats behind. VIP seats carry the higher fare shown on each route, standard seats the lower one. Pickup and drop-off points
Rather than heading to a single terminal, you can board at the stop nearest you. Booking a round trip
Switch the trip type to round trip before searching and the fare covers both directions. You can also book each leg separately from its own route page — every route page links to its return.
Getting your ticket
Once an agent confirms your booking on WhatsApp you have your ticket details in the chat, and the Print Ticket tab in the app lets you reprint a confirmed ticket whenever you need a copy for boarding.
